Chief Innovation Officer

Brad joined APS after 25 years with Procter & Gamble and offers a global mindset from his experience living and working in the U.S., Europe, and China. With expertise in all areas of packaging, he has championed breakthrough delivery systems, supply chains, device innovation, and business-building consumer insights.

Dennis
Ossipov-Grodsky

Chief Marketing Officer

Dennis brings to APS 25 years of brand building, marketing, innovation, and general management experience from CPG (Procter & Gamble, SodaStream), advertising (VaynerMedia), and pharmaceutical (Pfizer) industries. He led marketing efforts for iconic brands like Tide, Pepsi, Quaker, Snuggle, and others, including a 2014 Super Bowl ad campaign for SodaStream. Dennis holds an MBA degree from Georgetown University.

Mario Tremblay, Ph.D. Chemistry

Advisor: Product Formulation and R&D

Mario brings 30 years of global Product Formulation experience from Procter & Gamble. As a Research Fellow with P&G, Mario led the development of cutting-edge innovations across Home Care (Tide, Gain, Swiffer), Personal Care (Cover Girl, Pantene, Clairol), and Beauty Care (Olay and Gillette) categories.

Dr. Tremblay holds over 50 patents in cosmetics, personal care products, home care, disinfection, nanotechnology, and specialty ingredients.

Eva Lutz

Advisor: Design

Eva is a design strategist and researcher, who brings 20 years of hands-on design and innovation experience across automotive, toy, healthcare, CPG, and many other categories. She’s collaborated with such iconic brands as Pfizer, GM, P&G, Keurig, Hersey’s, Purina, Kenmore, Vital Proteins, Hasbro and PatPat.

Eva taught for several years at the college of design, DAAP, at the University of Cincinnati, guest lectured at UC Berkeley and San Jose, and founded a Women in Design Group in Cincinnati with over 250 members. She is a member of Queen City Angels, the longest-established organized angel investment group in the Midwest.

Robb Olsen

Advisor: Behavioral & Innovation Science

Robb brings 35 years of Product Research and Innovation experience from Procter & Gamble where he led a ground-breaking Product Research discipline and a global team of 1,500 scientists in charge of the next wave of product innovation.

Currently, Robb is a Professor at Duke University teaching design & product innovation at Pratt School of Engineering. Previously, he taught innovation at Northwestern and University of Michigan.

Robb holds 47 granted patents globally for a variety of products.
